Delete your Uwe Studio account

You can request deletion using our web app, without installing the mobile app.

1. Sign in, then open My account.
2. Choose Delete my account.
3. Review what will be removed, enter your password and confirm.

Your six-hour grace period

We sign you out on all devices. Complete sign-in within six hours to cancel your request. Background cleanup may start after that deadline and cannot be reversed once your account is anonymised. A sign-in completed before cleanup begins also cancels a delayed request.

What is removed

Your account name, email, phone, password, avatar, unused private uploads, invitations, agreement records and studio memberships are removed. Historical references use a disabled Deleted user record with a generated, non-deliverable email address.

What remains with your studio

Shared business records, accounting history and attached work photos remain with the studio. Another active admin must remain if you share a studio. Studios with no other members have their public profiles closed and contact details removed. Existing exports and backups are outside the immediate cleanup.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not cancel Google Play renewal. Cancel your subscription in Google Play if it is no longer needed.
